Pilates and Personal Training 

Chiropractic Sports Institute is pleased to welcome Pilates to our Performance Center. Pilates Instructor Amanda Knight individualizes Pilates and Personal Training to a person’s needs and goals, while safely achieving optimal results.  She believes in creating a lifestyle change where you see and feel your personal results.  The small group or private sessions allow me to give each person specific attention, while challenging and motivating all.  Her attention to detail and personal energy creates a fun and enjoyable environment for those of all ages.   
 
Through Pilates and Personal Training, clients have achieved many goals including:  weight loss, flexibility, muscle strength, reduced back pain, increased energy, and injury prevention and recovery.  Amanda is passionate in what she does and it shows through her training.  Contact CSI for more information, to visit our facility and say Hi, and to schedule a free trial session!
 
Personal Training
Chiropractic Sports Institute is pleased to welcome Personal Trainer Aaron Kleefisch to our Performance Center. He has over 9 years of experience in physical therapy, personal training, and athletic training. He trains one on one and/or classes to everyone from individuals seeking personal goals to athletes in school sports or athletes looking to better thier "game". Contact CSI for more information, to visit our facility, and to schedule a free trial session!

MP6 Suspension Training -   Classes begin February 13!
 
MP6 Suspension Training utilizes the custom series Exer-Genie® exerciser employing the theory of combining isometric (without movement) and isotonic (with movement) exercise to maintain strength, endurance, and flexibility since 1961. MP6 Suspension Training gets you in prime condition by tiring your muscles isometrically and, without allowing that muscle to relax, moving against controlled resistance through a complete range of motion allowing you to train and not strain! 

Classes begin Monday, February 13th.  February special- $10 per class. 
March Special, $150 per month for unlimited classes!


Class Days and Times:

Mondays             9- 10am, 5:30-6:30 pm
Wednesdays     9-10am, 5:30-6:30pm
Fridays                9-10am
