Dr. Terry Weyman, D.C., C.C.S.P.
Clinic Director, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Dr. Terry Weyman lives in Southern California where he has been the Clinic Director of Chiropractic Sports Institute for over 16 years. In 2003 he finished his Sports Medicine internship at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs and in August of 2005 he was selected by the USOC to be the Team USA Chiropractor at the World University Games in Izmir, Turkey.
Dr. Weyman has been the Chief Medical Director of many professional and top amateur athletic events including the Professional Water ski and Wakeboard tour, Rodeo and Four winds Adventure Race. He has also been the Team Chiropractor for the National cycling team, and Team Luna Womens mountain bike team. In 1994 he was the Norwegian Alpine Ski Team Chiropractor for the 1994 Winter Olympics held in Lillehammer Norway. Dr. Weyman has been a post graduate faculty member of two Chiropractic colleges and an instructor for both CCSP and Diplomate sports programs held across the US.
Currently Dr. Weyman works with Moorpark High School overseeing all athletic teams and is the Team Chiropractor for the Pepperdine Waves Water polo team. He also lectures on Chiropractors roles in Sports related injuries both Nationally and Internationally. He has Authored more than 20 publications, magazine columns and 2 book chapters.
Dr. Ed Green, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Dr. Ed Green is currently living in Camarillo, CA with his wife Michele. Dr. Green graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2004 and soon after began to work with Dr. Terry Weyman. One year later Dr. Green is the Clinic Director of Chiropractic Sports Institute Moorpark. Dr. Terry and Dr. Green lecture around the U.S. on the state of the art techniques that are used in the office for tissue recovery and sports chiropractic. Dr. Green takes this knowledge and applies it in the field when he volunteers his time at Moorpark High School overseeing many of the athletic teams. Dr. Green and his wife have also been competing in the Scottish Heavy Athletics in which both of them are highly ranked in there division. This past year Dr. Green was asked to be the on site doctor for the Scottish American Athletic Association.
Dr. Michael Bateman, D.C., CCFC
Industrial and Personal Injury Specialist, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Dr. Michael Bateman brings his expertise in the area of industrial and personal injury to the C.S.I.. team. Dr. Bateman is a graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College. He has received specialty certification from the state of California as an independent disability evaluator and is an state appointed qualified medical evaluator. He is a physician adviser formajor insurance companies in the arena of workers compensation. Currently serving as an examiner for the national board of chiropractic examiners. Dr. Bateman has a postgraduate certification in chiropractic footcare. He is a past postgraduate instructor at Cleveland Chiropractic College on the subject of chiropractic footcare.
Dr. Bateman and his family have lived in the Conejo Valley for the last 32 years. He is an avid outdoorsman and is currently involved in with the Boy Scouts of America serving in various positions of leadership.
Dr. Derek Pelofsky, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Dr. Pelofsky graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Los Angeles in 2005. Since graduating from school, Dr. Pelofsky immediately began a sports chiropractic residency under Dr. Weyman where he has had extensive experience in advanced sports chiropractic techniques and tissue recovery. Over the past year, Dr. Pelofsky has had the opportunity to treat at many different athletic venues such as, cycling and triathlon events, and overseeing various teams at Moorpark High School. Dr. Pelofsky is an avid slow-pitch softball player, and also enjoys basketball and flag football. Dr. Pelofsky currently resides in Newbury Park, CA.
Michele Weyman
Corporate Office Manager, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Michele joined the staff in late 2004 as our office manager. Prior to joining the CSI staff, she worked for State Farm for several years in the field of claims.
She has been associated with the Chiropractic profession for many years and brings a sense of organization with an emphasis on patient care. She is multiversed in everything from Chiropractic Care for Children to Care for the athlete.

Veronica Holguin
Back Office Manager, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Veronica Holguin was born and raised in El Paso, Tx. She has an Assosiate's Degree in Respiratory Theapy and comes to CSI with medical background experience. Veronica joined the CSI family in August of 2006 after moving from San Diego where she worked as a Front Office Manager at a busy Urgent Care Clinic.
Veronica currently lives in Ventura, CA with her husband Jose Luis, son an, where her husband attends Southern California School of Law. Their family is expecting a new addition, a baby girl, due late January 2008.
Yanna Graca, C.M.T.
Massage Therapist, Chiropractic Sports Institute
Yanna has been with CSI for 3 years as a Certified Massage Therapist, a local graduate of Advanced School of Massage Therapy. She specializes in Swedish/Deep tissue massage, concentrating on muscle groups effecting tightness and energy held in target areas. Yanna has recently completed certification in the art of Lomi-Lomi, a Hawaiian based massage. She resides with her family in Westlake Village.
